Two of Australia's most experienced sedan racers, Glenn Seton and Brad Jones, have been confirmed as starters in next February's WPS Bathurst 12-Hour production car race.
The former Ford Falcon V8 Supercar drivers who have recently switched allegiances to Holden in the premier class will change camps yet again, this time around lining up in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, one of a three-car team run by Bob Pearson's Pro-Duct team. For Seton the race will mark his 29th start at Bathurst and only his second in a production car. Back in 2002 he teamed with Bathurst 500 winner Colin Bond in a Saab 9000CS, finishing third outright. Like Seton, Jones has had just one 12-hour Bathurst race under his belt. Back in 1994 he partnered Brett Peters and Geoff Morgan in a Porsche and finished third outright.
